so i went a little overboard on pinterest list night and found so many great recipes involving pumpkin. and no this isn’t some basic b*tch pumpkin spice latte crap from starbucks. this includes using real pumpkins and getting real nutrients. ok maybe there is a pumpkin spice latte recipe in here but MAKE IT AT HOME, don’t buy that sugary nonsense from the bucks.
first things first, if you are going to master the pumpkin, know what kind to get and how to puree. and save those seeds for baking!!! or give them to me, don’t waste those little golden nuggets.

now this recipe claims you can make this in 20 minutes using canned pumpkin puree, and that’s fine and all if you want to create some waste and possibly ingest the aluminum leached from the can. or i dare you to try and puree your own pumpkin! either way, yum!
if you don’t like pumpkin bread then i don’t like you. kidding but seriously, it’s the bees knees. i like to use almond flour instead because i can make it at home from the almonds i ground up to make my almond milk and it’s zero-waste. i have yet to find coconut flour that isn’t in plastic!
yes, you can have pumpkin for breakfast! make it the night before and wahlah! your breakfast is ready for you when you wake up. perfect for those mornings when you are running out the door
