Shipping and Returns
Items will ship within 2-3 business days via USPS. Items are packaged with recyclable paper/cardboard. If your item arrives broken, please send a picture to email@example.com within 3 days of arrival. If you fail to contact me within 3 days of receiving your items, I cannot guarantee a refund.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know if there is anything I can do to help.
*Most items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of arrival to you.
For returns/exchanges, you will be responsible for shipping costs back. Please know that the responsibility for returning breakable items back to me safely is up to you. I cannot exchange or return items that are returned to me in anything less than new condition. The shipping charges are non-refundable. Please reuse the shipping packaging it arrived in.
If you are exchanging an item, email me at email@example.com and let me know why. All ceramic items cannot be exchanged due to our low stock. I may have some left over, so it does not hurt to ask for an exchange.
SECONDS AND SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
You will receive a refund only when a return has been received back to me, safely. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days (depending on your bank).
If you purchased a piece and it has broken with time/use, please reach out to me. Unfortunately, ceramics are not immortal and these things do happen.
When reaching out please attach images of the broken item so we can asses the damage and decide how to more forward.
